Steps
- Open Club office, then Registration programs, and choose Create program.
- Set the program, the squads with the dates registration Opens and Closes, the fees, the form fields and the waiver.
- Choose Save draft to finish later, or Create and publish.
- Choose Share registration link to copy the link or show a QR code. Use Preview as parent to check what families see.
- To give a coach access, open Staff & access, choose Add staff, find the person by verified phone or email, choose the roles and choose Save staff access.
- On iPad
- On iPad the sidebar is folded away. Tap the menu button at the top left of the header to open it; every item is the same as on desktop.
Families pay dues from the registration in the Club app or in their browser. Connect Stripe before publishing a paid program.
