Brackets
Pick the entrants, pick the format, and the bracket is drawn: single elimination from a final up to a round of 128, or double elimination with a winners bracket, a losers bracket and a grand final. Byes are placed automatically when the field is not a power of two, seeds can be set by hand, and every result entered in the console moves the winner into the next slot on the public bracket.
Groups
Split the field into groups, play round robin inside each, and send the qualifiers into the knockout stage. The same structure a World Cup uses, sized for eight teams on a Saturday. Points, goal difference and head-to-head are computed per sport, so a futsal group and a basketball group each rank the way their rulebook says.
Standings
Every match has a match center: score, scorers, cards, line-ups and the officials. Enter a result from a phone at the pitch and the group table, the bracket and the player stats update on the public site the moment it is saved. No spreadsheet, no screenshot in the group chat.
Registration
Teams register online and pay the entry fee at sign-up. The money is charged to your own connected Stripe account under Stripe Connect. EasyChamp never holds it. Accepted registrations become the entrant list; the platform fee is printed on /pricing. 2% + $0.45 per entry, capped at $10, the same on every plan. And itemized in your Plan & Billing fee ledger.
Site
Every competition gets a public site, schedule, brackets, tables, team pages and player pages, at an address you pick in the console: yourcup.at.easychamp.com, live the moment you publish. Free on every plan, nothing to install and no hosting to rent. Running it from a domain you own is a setup we do with you on a paid planask us for a quote. The “Powered by EasyChamp” line stays on every plan.
Roles
The organizer console is where the event is run. Referee crews are assigned per fixture and listed on the public site; entering results can be delegated to a scorekeeper account for the whole event, or to each team's registered manager for their own fixtures. Coaches and team managers keep their own squad up to date. Players and parents follow everything on the public site or the club app. IOS and Android.
