Steps
- Check whether the penalty was taken during the match or in a post-match shootout.
- For a successful in-match penalty, under the kicker’s team choose More events → Penalty goal. Search the kicker and enter cumulative elapsed time if known.
- The dedicated Penalty goal option preserves separate penalty statistics and has no assist field. If your competition awards a verified assist, add More events → Assist separately with the same known time. Record that credit once. Goal with Goal type Penalty uses a different statistical classification.
- For an unsuccessful penalty choose More events → Penalty missed, then the kicker and known time. It records the attempt and does not add a goal.
- Choose Save event, check the timeline and Result, and use Shootout goal or Shootout miss for shootout kicks.
The video uses finished Console controls with fictional players, current photos, game squad numbers, timeline and sport settings supplied only in the recording browser. Demonstration entries remain unsaved. In your own match, review the official report, save, reopen and verify the result.
