How do I prepare a club crest and add it to EasyChamp?

Upload your own image, preview it at small size and carry your club identity into the app.

DesktopiPad

Steps

  1. Prepare a clear crest image that your club has permission to use. Use a simple shape, strong contrast and text that remains readable as a small icon. Keep a high-resolution original for future changes.
  2. During club setup, open Crest and choose the image file. Follow the file chooser's supported formats and keep the file under 5 MB. Without an image, the wizard shows a club-initials placeholder.
  3. Inspect the crest preview. In Colours, review the suggested palette and choose the primary and secondary colours you want. Check that text remains readable against both.
  4. Complete club creation and check the separate crest-upload confirmation. For an existing club, open Club Office, then Settings, to edit its branding and save your changes.
  5. Open that same club in the mobile app and check its identity in light and dark appearance. A member's personal appearance preference can change how the app looks on their device.

This workflow uploads and previews your artwork. It does not generate a new crest design or turn the shared app into a separately published branded app.
