The whole season

Everything a soccer league runs on, in one place

Most leagues juggle a spreadsheet for the schedule, a group chat for results, a form for sign-ups and a payment link on the side. EasyChamp keeps the schedule, the scores, the table, the players and the money in one record, so each result only gets typed once.

Fixtures and schedule

Generate a round robin or a group stage in one step. Every fixture carries its matchday, venue and kick-off, and a group stage can feed a knockout inside the same competition.

Live league table

The table recomputes as scores go in: points first, then goal difference and goals scored. Nobody rebuilds a spreadsheet on Sunday night.

Match centre and protocol

Each game gets its own page with the score, venue, scorers and assists, player of the match and the broadcast video when a game is streamed, plus a printable one-page match protocol.

Player stats and leaders

Top scorers, assists and discipline tables build themselves from the results. Every player gets a public career page that friends and family can follow.

Registration and entry fees

Teams and players sign up online. Entry fees settle to the organizer's own connected Stripe account.

A public site for your league

Schedule, table, results and player pages at your own easychamp.com address, free on every plan and readable with no login. No ad slots on any plan.

Live standings

Enter the score. The table sorts itself.

A result is saved from the console or a phone on the touchline. The standings recompute on the spot: three points for a win, one for a draw, ranked by points, then goal difference, then goals scored.

The same save updates the top scorers, the assists and the discipline table, and the public site shows the new table to anyone who opens it. No export, no re-upload, no second place to keep in sync.

Knockout rounds work the same way: the winner moves into the next round of the bracket when the result goes in, and a double elimination bracket sends the loser to the losers bracket.

Formats

Built for the soccer you actually organize

Round robin, group stage, single and double elimination: all four on the Free plan. Stages chain inside one competition, so a group stage can seed a knockout without re-entering a single team.

Adult leagues

A season where every team plays every other once or twice and the table decides it. Promotion and a cup can run as separate competitions in the same account.

Youth cups and tournament days

Pools on Saturday morning, a bracket in the afternoon, all inside one competition. Parents follow the schedule and the bracket from the public page without an account.

Short seasons and knockouts

5-a-side and 7-a-side nights

Weeknight small-sided series with a table, or a single or double elimination night where one bad game does not end it.

Matchday

Run matchday from the touchline

  • Hand out the right keys. A scorekeeper account can only enter results. A team manager sees one team. A referee crew is assigned per fixture. Nobody needs your admin login.
  • Print the protocol. Every match has a one-page match protocol as a PDF, with both clubs, the venue, the scorers and the result, ready for the referee to sign.
  • Tell everyone where to be. Each fixture carries its matchday, venue and kick-off, and the public schedule is the one link players, parents and opponents need.

A real season

Not a mock-up: a club season running on it today

Dade County FC plays UPSL Division 1 in South Florida and runs its season on EasyChamp: the club site, every fixture, the match centre with broadcast video and a printable protocol, public standings and player pages, and the club's own app in both stores. These are unedited captures of its public pages.

Your club, on every phone

Training, call-ups and attendance in your club's own app

Leagues run on the console. Clubs live on their phones. The club app carries the schedule and call-ups, attendance, the squad, club chat, news, live fixtures and standings, training sessions and a tactical board.

With Club App Pro your club gets its own App Store and Google Play listing under its own name and crest, not a row inside somebody else's app.

Questions

Soccer league software: asked and answered

Is there free soccer league software?

Does it track goals, assists and cards for each player?
