How do club teams, imported results and match details stay connected?

Check the linked competition and player identities before editing or importing data.

Steps

  1. In Club Office, open Tournaments & results and select the club team and competition you want to review. Compare the team names, competition and dates with the original source.
  2. If you import from a league site, add Your league's results page through the supported import flow. Saving the URL lets EasyChamp check it; nothing is imported automatically. Open Results to confirm, review each proposed result against the source, and confirm only the correct ones.
  3. Check whether a match is linked to a competition fixture. Enter or correct the result through the controls offered for that match and your role. Do not create a second unlinked match to fix the display of an existing fixture.
  4. After saving, reopen the match and check the score, status and events. Check the club app and the published competition page for that same fixture.
  5. If a goal scorer or appearance is missing, check the competition player, club player and account links. A total score does not identify who scored or who played.
  6. For external feeds, report stale or mismatched results with the source URL and the EasyChamp match link. Check provider support and update timing before expecting automatic synchronization.

Schedules, results, match events and wearable measurements are different data sources. Importing a league does not connect a GPS device or invent player statistics.
