Terms of Service
Last updated 9 July 2026
These terms govern your use of EasyChamp — running and joining competitions, simulating matches, managing squads, and using the virtual-coin betting layer. By using the platform you agree to them.
1. Acceptance
By accessing or using EasyChamp you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. Your account
Sign-in is handled through our identity provider (Keycloak). You are responsible for the accuracy of the information on your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account. Tell us at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised use.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- break the law, or infringe anyone’s rights, while using EasyChamp;
- disrupt, overload, probe, or reverse-engineer the platform or its security;
- scrape, resell, or misrepresent data from the platform;
- upload content that is unlawful, abusive, or that you do not have the right to share.
4. Your competitions and content
You keep ownership of the tournaments, teams, and content you create. You grant EasyChamp the licence needed to host, display, and operate that content so we can provide the service (for example, showing standings to the participants you invite). You are responsible for the content you publish and for how you run competitions you organise.
5. Virtual coins and betting
EasyChamp’s betting layer uses virtual coins. Virtual coins are a licence to use an entertainment feature of the platform. They are not money, not legal tender, and have no cash value.
- Virtual coins can never be cashed out. They cannot be redeemed, withdrawn, exchanged, transferred, or converted into real money, cryptocurrency, goods, or any item of monetary value, whether inside or outside the platform.
- Virtual coins have no value on any exchange and are not an investment.
- Wagers placed with virtual coins are for entertainment only; outcomes confer bragging rights and in-product standing, never a real-money payout.
- We may grant, adjust, expire, or reset virtual-coin balances as needed to run the platform, and we may change or discontinue the betting layer.
Because virtual coins have no cash value, using them is not gambling for money. You are responsible for ensuring your use of these features is permitted where you live, and you must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use them.
6. Payments
You may purchase coin packs. Payments are processed by Stripe; by purchasing you also agree to Stripe’s terms. Prices are shown before checkout. Because coin packs are digital items delivered immediately, purchases are final except where a refund is required by applicable law. Buying coins never creates a right to cash them out (see section 5).
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep EasyChamp available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may add, change, suspend, or remove features, and we may update these terms. Material changes will be posted here with a new “last updated” date; continued use after a change means you accept it.
8. Disclaimers and liability
The platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, EasyChamp is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Termination
You may stop using EasyChamp at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or to protect the platform or other users. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as sections 5, 8, and 10) continue to apply.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the governing jurisdiction, and disputes are subject to the courts of that jurisdiction.
Placeholder for counsel — the governing jurisdiction, dispute-resolution venue, and contracting legal entity must be set by a lawyer before these terms are treated as final.11. Contact
