Steps
- Create or open the club in the organizer console. Confirm the club name before copying an invitation or join code. For the shared app, check Shared app publication in Club Office if the club is not available to members yet.
- Open the EasyChamp Club product page for the available installation links. If your organization has its own branded app, use the exact app link supplied by the club.
- Sign in using your existing EasyChamp account and the same sign-in method. In the shared app, open the club invitation or enter its join code, then select that club.
- Check the schedule, teams and your profile. If the data differs from the console, first confirm the selected club, team and account. A player or parent will see fewer controls than an owner or coach.
- For a player's personal stats and squad identity, have an authorized club administrator check the player-to-account link in Player registry. Do not create a second player to work around an account-link problem.
- Refresh the affected screen after a saved change. If the same club still shows different data, send support the page or event link, device, app version and the missing item.
The console and Club app share club data; each interface exposes the tools appropriate to its role and version. Installing the app does not grant membership or administrative rights.
