How do I make a league schedule with 12 teams?+
Paste the twelve names, pick your match days and kick-off slots, and say how many pitches you have. Twelve teams is 11 rounds of 6 games (66 in total) for a single round robin, or 22 rounds and 132 games home and away. With two pitches and three slots a round fits in one evening; with one pitch and two slots it spreads over three match days.
How are the dates assigned?+
The first match day is the first selected weekday on or after your start date. Each round starts on a new match day; if a round has more games than slots × pitches, it spills onto the next selected day. Rounds never share a date, so the return leg always comes after the first leg has finished.
What if I have an odd number of teams?+
One team rests each round; the bye is printed on that match day so the resting team knows in advance. Every team sits out exactly once per cycle.
Can I download it as a spreadsheet?+
Yes — Download CSV gives you Round, Date, Time, Venue, Home, Away, one row per game, for Excel, Google Sheets or an import into whatever runs your league. Print gives the same fixtures grouped by match day with an empty league table underneath.
Can I share the schedule?+
Copy share link puts the teams, start date, match days, slots and pitches into the URL. Anyone opening it sees the same dated fixtures. Nothing is stored on a server.
Does the league table update with results?+
Not on this sheet — it prints a zeroed P W D L GF GA GD Pts table for the noticeboard. For a table that updates itself when scores go in, plus a public page for the players, the EasyChamp free plan runs the same schedule live; team registration and entry fees are built in.
