Steps
- Open the correct club in Club Office, then Payments. Check Club owner and Receiving business before starting. Only the authorized club owner can connect or manage the payment account; another staff role does not automatically grant this access.
- If no account is connected and Connect Stripe is available, open it, read the setup explanation and fee statement, then continue with the business that should receive the club's money.
- Complete the provider's requested business and bank information. If setup is incomplete, return to Payments and use Continue setup when offered, or the link to review the account in Stripe.
- After returning, check Accepting payments and Bank payouts separately. Both must be enabled for the club to be ready. A connected account or submitted form alone is not proof that payouts work.
- Review the receiving business again and resolve any outstanding requirements. If the club owner is missing or ownership recovery is required, resolve that club identity issue before connecting an account.
- Return to Registration programs, review the offer and publish it when ready. Open its participant-facing page to check the price and payment path. Track each registration's actual payment status separately from the club's payment-provider readiness.
Club payments belong to the club's receiving business. Competition billing settings are a separate workflow. A ready provider account does not mean a participant has paid or a bank payout has arrived.
