Your first season or event is on us: we build it and run it with your staff.
We set up and run your first season or event, free
Tell us the teams, the dates and the format. We build the competition, the schedule and the public pages, and run it with your staff through the first season or event.
A branded league site with live brackets and standings
Your name, colors and crest on a public site at your own easychamp.com address. Fixtures, results, brackets and tables update from the scores you enter.
Registration fees paid into your own Stripe account
If you charge to enter, the money goes to your connected Stripe account, not ours. No EasyChamp transaction fees. Payment processor fees apply separately., and Stripe's standard processing fees apply.
The club app for your teams
Your teams get the shared EasyChamp Club app for schedules, attendance and team chat.
What we ask in return: permission to share your season or event as a case study.
Program licence
Program licence, $2,400 a year
One annual price for a department that runs competitions every term, billed the way public institutions buy.
The Club plan ($29 a month, or $290 a year), paid by invoice or purchase order
Every competition on the plan, with no team limit per competition. One invoice a year.
We build your first season
Rosters, schedule and league site, set up by us from the lists you send.
Custom domain set up (normally $499)
We serve your league site from an address you own, such as sports.yourschool.edu. We do this by hand with your IT team.
The shared club app for your teams (free for every club)
Schedules, attendance and team chat for coaches and players in the EasyChamp Club app.
A staff training session and a named contact
One session for the staff who will run competitions, and one person at EasyChamp you can email.
Privacy and accessibility documents for your procurement file
- Accessibility statement: our WCAG 2.1 AA target, how we test, and what is still missing.
- Privacy policy: schools, universities and public agencies: who holds the accounts, how youth teams work, and how to request deletion.
Plainly
What is not included today
- The "Powered by EasyChamp" line stays on every public page, on every plan.
- We have no formal VPAT and no third-party accessibility audit yet. The accessibility statement says what we test and what is missing.
