What you get

The things organizers come here looking for

“I cannot find out what it costs without a sales call.”

Free $0 · Club $9/mo · League $29/mo · Enterprise custom. Platform fee $0.45 per entry up to $25, then 1%, $0 on League. All of it on one page, before you sign up.

“A weekend tournament and a season league are two products.”

One competition model. A weekend event is a group stage and a knockout; a season is a round robin with as many rounds as you like. Same console, same public site.

“Teams want one link for bracket, schedule and results.”

Every competition has a public page with the bracket, the schedule, standings and results, no login to view. Put it on your own domain on the Free plan.

“Registration money goes through someone else's account.”

Entry fees settle into your own connected Stripe account. EasyChamp takes its printed platform fee and nothing else.

Switching

Moving from Tourney Machine

Create the competition in the console, add teams and players, choose the format and generate the fixtures. Registration with an entry fee is a toggle and a Stripe connection.

There is no Tourney Machine importer and no CSV import of teams today. Enterprise includes historical data migration done by us; Club and above export standings and player stats as CSV.

Questions

Tourney Machine alternative — asked and answered

Is Tourney Machine still Tourney Machine?
On 2026-08-22 tourneymachine.com presented as SportsEngine Tourney, “Previously Tourney Machine”, © SportsEngine, LLC, with a banner saying SportsEngine is now part of PlayMetrics. The mobile app is listed as SportsEngine Tourney on the app stores linked from that page.
What does EasyChamp cost compared with Tourney Machine?
Tourney Machine publishes no price; its site asks you to contact [email protected]. EasyChamp's plans are Free $0 · Club $9/mo · League $29/mo · Enterprise custom, and the per-entry platform fee is $0.45 per entry up to $25, then 1%, waived on League and Enterprise.
Can EasyChamp run a weekend tournament with pools and a bracket?
Yes. A competition can have a group stage (pools, round robin) feeding a single or double elimination knockout. Standings and the bracket update live as scores go in.
Does EasyChamp have a mobile app for teams?
The public league site and the Watch portal work in any phone browser with nothing to install. A white-label club app under your own name is part of the Enterprise plan.
Does EasyChamp auto-schedule around venues and travel?
It generates fixtures for every format and gives you bulk scheduling, kickoff patterns and a matchday shift tool. It does not solve for distance between complexes or court availability; if that constraint solver is the reason you chose Tourney Machine, say so before you switch.
How do I move an existing event to EasyChamp?
Recreate it in the console: teams, format, seeding, then generate. There is no importer. Enterprise customers get historical data migrated by us.
