Set Tuesday at 5:00 PM once and the next weeks appear by themselves. Skip holidays without breaking the series.

Group sessions and clinics

Sell a session by the spot with a capacity, a waitlist when it is full and a minimum to run.

Online lessons

Add your video call link. Only booked players get it, shortly before the lesson starts.

A program is a set of sessions: build it as a weekly series, give it a name and a description, and players book it session by session.

How booking and payment work

    Create your coach profile

    Your name, photo, sports and bio, with a public page players can find.

  2. 02

    Add lesson times

    One-off or weekly, in person at a court or online with a call link, at your price.

  3. 03

    Players book and pay

    They pick a time on your page and pay by card. Confirmation and a reminder the day before are emailed.

  4. 04

    You get paid

    Card payments land in your Stripe account. Cash and Zelle are marked as paid, and the income report splits both per coach.

Building your lessons is free. Publishing them to players uses the Facilities plan at $29 a month, with the first 7 days free. EasyChamp takes no booking fees; payment processor fees apply separately.

Lessons on EasyChamp: asked and answered

Can I run lessons for several coaches?
Yes. An academy or venue adds each coach with their own profile and page, assigns lessons to them, and sees income per coach, split between card and cash or Zelle.
How do online lessons work?
You add your video call link to the lesson. It is never shown publicly: only the booked player gets it, shortly before the lesson starts.
What happens if a player cancels?
Your cancellation window decides the refund, and a player can cancel from their bookings. A lesson you cancel refunds the player in full. Lessons paid in cash or by Zelle are cancelled by you, not the player.
What does it cost?
