Registration software

Sports league registration software with entry fees to your own Stripe

Teams and players register online, pay the entry fee at sign-up, and the money is charged to your own connected Stripe account — EasyChamp never holds it. Accepted entrants drop straight into the fixtures, the round robin and knockout brackets, the live standings and the public league site on your domain. 44 sports, including 28 esports titles.

  • Team & player sign-up
  • Entry fees → your Stripe
  • Accept or decline
  • Fee printed before checkout
  • Registration → roster
  • $0 platform fee on League

Online

Online sports registration for teams and players

Publish a registration link for the competition. A captain registers the team and its squad; a player registers themselves; a parent registers a child. Each request lands in the organizer console as a row with a name, a fee and a payment status — no form builder, no spreadsheet.

  • Team registration with squad
  • Individual player registration
  • Register on someone's behalf, or send an invite

Fees

Entry fees paid to your own Stripe account

Connect your Stripe account once. Entry fees are charged under Stripe Connect directly to it, and Stripe pays out on its standard schedule — typically 2–7 days. The platform fee is $0.45 per entry up to $25 and 1% above that on Free and Club, and $0 on League and Enterprise; Stripe's processing fee applies on every plan.

  • Charged to your connected Stripe, never held by us
  • Platform fee printed before checkout
  • $0 platform fee on League and Enterprise

Review

Accept or decline every registration

Requests queue in the console with their payment status. Accept a team and it joins the competition; decline one and it does not. The fee and its payment status sit beside each request, so chasing a fee is a glance, not a reconciliation.

  • Paid / pending status per registration
  • Accept or decline per request
  • Registrations page in the organizer console

Roster

From registration to roster to fixtures

An accepted registration becomes the team's squad in the competition; the squad feeds the fixtures, the line-ups and the player stats. Every player gets a public career page that follows them from season to season, so a registration is an identity, not a row that is thrown away in May.

Site

Registration on your own league site

The registration link lives on the competition's public site — on a subdomain or your own domain, on the Free plan — next to the schedule, tables and team pages, so the people who find the league are the people who sign up for it.

  • Registration beside schedule and standings

Pricing

The engine is free. The paid part is printed.

Competitions, teams, fixtures, standings, registration and entry fees are unlimited on every plan. A paid plan removes our branding, exports your data, or waives the platform fee — nothing else is gated.

Who it is for

Built for the people who run the competition, not the federation above them.

  • Sunday leagues

Eight to forty teams, one table, a WhatsApp group that finally gets a link instead of a screenshot.

  • Youth clubs

Age groups as separate competitions, parents registering online, a public site the club owns.

  • Futsal and 5-a-side centres

Several leagues a night on several pitches; fixtures, results and standings per league.

  • Esports organizers

FAQ

Questions organizers ask before they switch.

Is the league registration software free?

Yes. Online registration and entry-fee collection are on the Free plan with no card. What changes on a paid plan is the platform fee: $0.45 per entry up to $25 and 1% above that on Free and Club, $0 on League ($29/mo) and Enterprise.

Where does the entry fee money go?

To your own Stripe account. Entry fees are charged to your connected account under Stripe's Connect program and Stripe pays out on its standard schedule, typically 2–7 days; onboarding and KYC can take a few days. EasyChamp never holds the money.

What does the sports league registration software charge per entry?

On Free and Club: $0.45 per entry up to $25, 1% above that. On League and Enterprise: $0. Stripe's standard processing fee applies on every plan and is Stripe's, not ours.

Can parents register children, or captains register a whole team?

Yes. A captain registers the team with its squad, a parent registers a child, and an organizer can register on someone's behalf or send an invite.

Can I register teams without charging a fee?

Yes. Set no entry fee and registration is just the sign-up; a free entry owes no platform fee.

What happens after I accept a registration?

The team joins the competition with its squad, appears in the fixtures and standings, and its players get stat lines and public career pages as matches are played.

Which payment methods can registrants use?

Whatever your Stripe account accepts — Stripe Checkout handles cards and the local methods enabled on your account.
