Accessibility statement
Last updated 27 September 2026
We want everyone who runs, plays in or follows a competition on EasyChamp to be able to use it, including people who use a screen reader, a keyboard, magnification or voice control. This statement sets out the standard we aim for, how we check it, what we know is missing, and how to tell us about a barrier.
1. What this statement covers
This website (easychamp.com), the organizer console at console.easychamp.com, and the public league and club sites we host, such as the ones at an easychamp.com address.
2. The standard we aim for
Our target is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. We work towards it, and we do not claim that every page meets it today. Section 4 lists what we know falls short.
3. How we check
Our automated end-to-end test pipeline runs axe accessibility checks (the open-source axe-core engine) against pages of the organizer console and of the public league sites, using its WCAG 2.0 and 2.1 Level A and AA rules.
Automated checks find only part of what can go wrong: they cannot tell whether a label makes sense or whether a task can be finished with a keyboard alone. That is why we ask you to report anything that gets in your way (section 5).
4. Known limitations
- No formal conformance report. We have not published a VPAT or Accessibility Conformance Report.
- No third-party audit. No independent accessibility audit of EasyChamp has been carried out yet.
- Not every screen is covered. The automated checks run on a set of pages, not on every screen of every product.
- Content others publish. Photos, news posts, crests and documents that organizers and clubs upload are written by them, and we cannot guarantee they carry text alternatives.
- Other providers’ pages. Payment pages hosted by Stripe, and match videos or other sites we link to, follow their own providers’ accessibility.
5. Report a barrier
If something on EasyChamp is hard or impossible for you to use, email admin@easychamp.com. Tell us the page address, what you were trying to do, and, if you use one, the assistive technology and browser. We aim to reply within 5 business days and tell you what we will do about it.
6. For schools and public agencies
If you need this statement for a procurement file, the page for schools, campuses and parks sets out our program offer, and the privacy policy section for schools, universities and public agencies covers accounts, youth teams and deletion.
7. Changes to this statement
We will update this statement as our testing and our products change, with a new “last updated” date above.
