How do coaches see who is going, unavailable or still unanswered?

Read the event's responses before selecting your squad or planning training.

Steps

  1. Open the correct club and choose the training or match from the schedule. Check the date, time and team so you are reviewing the right occurrence of a repeating session.
  2. Open the participant or response list. Review Going, Can't go and players who have not answered. No answer means unknown; it does not mean the player is unavailable.
  3. Check the invited audience and team assignments if an expected player is missing entirely. A player outside the event's audience is different from an invited player who declined.
  4. Use those responses when preparing the match squad or training groups. Confirm the selected players before sharing the lineup or sending a reminder through the event's available controls.
  5. After the event, record actual attendance or who played using the relevant controls. Keep planned availability separate from actual participation.

Responses can change while the event accepts them. Check again near the session. A Going response is not proof that someone attended or played.
