Tournament software

Tournament software that runs the whole event

One-day cup or a month of group stages: EasyChamp generates the fixtures, draws the round robin groups and the knockout brackets, keeps the standings live as results land, takes registration with entry fees paid straight to your own Stripe account, and publishes a public tournament site on your domain — for 44 sports, including 28 esports titles.

  • Single & double elimination
  • Group stage + knockout
  • Live standings
  • Entry fees → your Stripe
  • Public site on your domain
  • 44 sports

Brackets

Tournament bracket software: single and double elimination

Pick the entrants, pick the format, and the bracket is drawn: single elimination from a final up to a round of 128, or double elimination with a winners bracket, a losers bracket and a grand final. Byes are placed automatically when the field is not a power of two, seeds can be set by hand, and every result entered in the console moves the winner into the next slot on the public bracket.

Try the free bracket generator

  • Single elimination, any entrant count, byes placed for you
  • Double elimination with losers bracket and grand final
  • Seeding by hand or by group-stage finish
  • Third-place match when you want one

Groups

Group stage and round robin tournaments

Split the field into groups, play round robin inside each, and send the qualifiers into the knockout stage — the same structure a World Cup uses, sized for eight teams on a Saturday. Points, goal difference and head-to-head are computed per sport, so a futsal group and a basketball group each rank the way their rulebook says.

Try the free round robin generator

  • Groups of any size, home-and-away or single round
  • Per-sport points and tie-break rules
  • Qualifiers feed the bracket automatically

Standings

Live standings and match centers

Every match has a match center: score, scorers, cards, line-ups and the officials. Enter a result from a phone at the pitch and the group table, the bracket and the player stats update on the public site the moment it is saved — no spreadsheet, no screenshot in the group chat.

  • Standings recompute on every saved result
  • Goals, assists, cards and clean sheets per player
  • Results from a phone, on the day

Registration

Online registration and entry fees

Teams register online and pay the entry fee at sign-up. The money is charged to your own connected Stripe account under Stripe Connect — EasyChamp never holds it. Accepted registrations become the entrant list; the platform fee is printed before checkout and waived entirely on the League and Enterprise plans.

More on registration and entry fees

  • Entry fees settle to your Stripe, not ours
  • Accept or decline each registration
  • Platform fee printed, never a surprise line at checkout

Site

A public tournament site on your own domain

Every competition gets a public site — schedule, brackets, tables, team pages and player pages — on a subdomain, or on your own domain on the Free plan. Club and higher remove the EasyChamp branding so the site reads as yours alone.

  • Your own domain, on Free
  • Schedule, bracket, tables, teams and players
  • Branding removed on Club and above

Roles

A tournament app for organizers, referees and coaches

The organizer console is where the event is run; referees are assigned to fixtures and enter results; coaches manage their squad and line-ups. Players and parents follow everything on the public site or the club app — iOS and Android.

  • Organizer console for the whole event
  • Referee crews assigned per fixture
  • Coach role for squads and line-ups
  • White-label club app on Enterprise

FAQ

Questions organizers ask before they switch.

Is EasyChamp's tournament software free?

Yes. Brackets, group stages, fixtures, standings, registration, entry fees and the public site are all on the Free plan with no card and no trial clock. Paid plans remove our branding, add exports, or waive the platform fee on entry fees.

Which tournament formats does the bracket software support?

Round robin, group stage with knockout qualifiers, single elimination and double elimination. Groups and brackets can be combined in one competition. Swiss pairing is not a shipped format.

Can I collect entry fees through the tournament software?

Yes. Entry fees are charged at registration to your own connected Stripe account. On Free and Club the platform fee is $0.45 per entry up to $25 and 1% above that, plus Stripe's processing fee; on League and Enterprise the platform fee is $0.

Is there a tournament app for players and parents?

The public tournament site works on any phone without an install, and Enterprise organizations get a white-label club app on iOS and Android. Organizers run the event from the web console.

Does the tournament software work for esports?

Yes — 28 esports titles sit alongside 16 traditional sports. The same brackets and group stages apply; entrants are named by handle and the public site wears esports art.

How many teams can a tournament have?

There is no cap on competitions, teams or players on any plan. Brackets handle any entrant count with automatic byes; group stages can be any number of groups of any size.

Can I use my own domain for the tournament site?

Yes, on the Free plan. Point a domain or subdomain at EasyChamp and the public site — schedule, bracket, tables, teams, players — is served from it.
