Terms of Service
Last updated 7 August 2026
These terms govern your use of EasyChamp — running and joining competitions, simulating matches, managing squads, posting in chats and groups, and using the virtual-coin prediction game. By using the platform you agree to them.
1. Acceptance
By accessing or using EasyChamp you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. Your account
Sign-in is handled through our identity provider (Keycloak). You are responsible for the accuracy of the information on your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account. Tell us at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised use.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- break the law, or infringe anyone’s rights, while using EasyChamp;
- disrupt, overload, probe, or reverse-engineer the platform or its security;
- scrape, resell, or misrepresent data from the platform;
- upload content that is unlawful, abusive, or that you do not have the right to share.
4. Your competitions and content
You keep ownership of the tournaments, teams, and content you create. You grant EasyChamp the licence needed to host, display, and operate that content so we can provide the service (for example, showing standings to the participants you invite). You are responsible for the content you publish and for how you run competitions you organise.
5. User content, chats, and moderation
EasyChamp lets you create chats, groups, and circles, and post content that other users can see — messages, posts, team pages, images, and similar community content. We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users: content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, violent, or otherwise objectionable is not allowed, and neither is abusive behaviour towards other users.
- Reporting — every piece of user-generated content can be reported from within the app. You can also report a user directly.
- Blocking — you can block any user from within the app; blocked users’ content is hidden from you.
- Action within 24 hours — we review reports and act on them within 24 hours, removing the offending content and ejecting the user who posted it where warranted.
We may remove any content, or restrict, suspend, or terminate any account, that breaches this section, without prior notice.
6. Virtual coins and predictions
EasyChamp’s coin prediction game uses virtual coins. Virtual coins are a licence to use an entertainment feature of the platform. They are not money, not legal tender, and have no cash value.
- Virtual coins can never be cashed out. They cannot be redeemed, withdrawn, exchanged, transferred, or converted into real money, cryptocurrency, goods, or any item of monetary value, whether inside or outside the platform.
- Virtual coins have no value on any exchange and are not an investment.
- Wagers placed with virtual coins are for entertainment only; outcomes confer bragging rights and in-product standing, never a real-money payout.
- We may grant, adjust, expire, or reset virtual-coin balances as needed to run the platform, and we may change or discontinue the betting layer.
Because virtual coins have no cash value, using them is not gambling for money. You are responsible for ensuring your use of these features is permitted where you live, and you must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use them.
7. Payments
If coin purchases are enabled and offered to you, you may purchase coin packs. Payments are processed by Stripe; by purchasing you also agree to Stripe’s terms. Prices are shown before checkout. Because coin packs are digital items delivered immediately, purchases are final except where a refund is required by applicable law. Buying coins never creates a right to cash them out (see section 6).
8. Club-branded apps
Some clubs offer a club-branded EasyChamp mobile app (for example, the Dade County FC app). These apps are operated by EasyChamp under an agreement with the respective club’s rights holder. For the Dade County FC app, the club rights are held by The Player Lab and the club’s ownership, with technical operation by EasyChamp. These terms apply to your use of club-branded apps in the same way they apply to the rest of the platform.
9. Availability and changes
We work to keep EasyChamp available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may add, change, suspend, or remove features, and we may update these terms. Material changes will be posted here with a new “last updated” date; continued use after a change means you accept it.
10. Disclaimers and liability
The platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, EasyChamp is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
11. Termination and account deletion
You may stop using EasyChamp at any time, and you can delete your account from within the app (Profile → Delete account) — deletion removes your personal data from the platform as described in our Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or to protect the platform or other users. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as sections 6, 10, and 12) continue to apply.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the governing jurisdiction, and disputes are subject to the courts of that jurisdiction.
Placeholder for counsel — the governing jurisdiction, dispute-resolution venue, and contracting legal entity must be set by a lawyer before these terms are treated as final.13. Contact
