Help for the EasyChamp club apps — schedules, squads, matchdays and club chat. Browsing a club's fixtures, results, standings, roster and news needs no account; an account is only required for member features such as RSVP, attendance and chat.
Contact us
Email your club directly and a person will answer. We reply within 2 business days. Clubs are based in Miami, Florida (US Eastern time).
- Dade County FC — [email protected]
For anything about the EasyChamp platform itself, email [email protected].
Please include your name, your club, the device you are using (for example “iPhone 15, iOS 26”), and what you saw. If the app showed an error message, the small grey line at the bottom of that screen tells us exactly what failed — copying it makes the fix much faster.
Getting started
Do I need an account?
No. Open the app and you can browse the club’s schedule, matches, standings, squad, players and news straight away. Sign in only when you want member features.
How do I sign in?
Open Profile and choose Apple, Google, Facebook, or email. There is no separate password to invent if you use Apple, Google or Facebook.
How do I join my club?
Sign in, open Profile, and enter your club’s join code (DCFC26 for Dade County FC). If you are already on the roster, the app links you automatically and no code is needed.
I signed in, but I can’t see my team’s private schedule
That means your account is not yet linked to the club. Email your club (above) with the name you signed up under and they will add you.
The schedule looks empty
Pull down to refresh. If it still looks empty and you see a message about not reaching the server, check your connection and try again — the app shows the last schedule it saved when it cannot reach us.
Notifications
Turn push notifications on or off per channel in Profile → communication preferences, or for the whole app in the iOS Settings app under the club app’s entry.
Your account and data
How do I delete my account?
In the app, open Profile → account → delete account. This removes your account and personal data. You can also email your club and ask them to delete it for you.
What data do you hold?
See the Privacy Policy. Your club controls its own roster, schedule and messages; EasyChamp operates the platform on the club’s behalf.
Accessibility
The apps support Dynamic Type, VoiceOver and Reduce Motion. If something is hard to use, tell us — email your club or [email protected] and we will fix it.
