What you need
Double elimination is fair to the teams and hard on the desk. Every team needs a path back through the losers bracket, every loser has to land in the right slot, rematches should come as late as possible, and players want to see their next match without queuing at the table.
Bracket
Add a Double Elimination stage to a competition and choose the teams. EasyChamp generates the full skeleton before the first match: every winners-bracket round, every losers-bracket round, the losers final and the grand final. First-round matchups follow the order you list the teams (first against second, third against fourth), and every empty slot names the match that feeds it until a result fills it.
Routing
Enter scores in the console or from a phone at the venue, with overtime and penalties where the sport has them. When every match of a round is finished, Advance round sends each winner forward and each loser into their losers-bracket slot. Two losses and a team is out. The winners-bracket champion meets the losers-bracket champion in the grand final.
Public bracket
Every competition gets a free public site at an address you pick, like yourcup.at.easychamp.com, live the moment you publish. It shows the winners bracket, the losers bracket and the finals as separate sections, plus the schedule and every match result. Nothing to install and no login to view.
