Why don't you?

Set an entry fee on any competition. Players pay online. It settles to your own connected Stripe account — our cut is $0.45–1% per entry, and it's printed right here on this page.

An amateur football team in a pre-match huddle on a grassroots pitchSunday league, somewhere · that's the point

Who this is really for

Built for football. Sunday league, five-a-side, the office cup.

EasyChamp is football-first — grassroots football league software, not a federation platform that tolerates amateurs. The amateurs are the point. If eleven of you argue about the table on a Monday morning, this was built for you: a real fixtures engine, live standings, seeded draws and knockout cups, on the same code the paid leagues run.

Free forever for one competition. The money half of the page is optional — turn it on the day you'd rather chase a PAID column than a WhatsApp group.

Already running a league?

From “who still owes me?” to a paid column.

You already do this job — in a WhatsApp group, a spreadsheet, and an envelope of tenners. The fixtures move here in an afternoon. The chasing stops the day your registration list grows a PAID column.

How it works

Three steps, in the console you'll actually run.

1

Connect Stripe

One button in your console profile. Stripe verifies your identity first — usually a few days.

2

Open registration

Per competition: open team signup, cap the draw, share one link. Managers do the rest.

What we take

Our cut, printed, to the cent.

That's the whole list — a plan, a per-entry fee, and Stripe's own processing rate. Entry fees are charged to your connected Stripe account under Stripe's Connect program; Stripe pays out on its standard schedule (typically 2–7 days; onboarding/KYC can take a few days).

The math

Do your own maths. We'll hold the calculator.

Work backwards from your venue, your officials, your plan — what should a team pay for the season to break even? Or run it as a revenue line. Either way: your inputs, your number.

Start from

Online fee collection unlocks on the League plan and above. Entry fees on the Free and Club tiers stay offline — the engine itself is free.

The software half of the deal

The back office your league never had.

Results, match events and lineups per fixture — plus stages, seeded draws and knockout brackets generated for you. The fee column is the new part; the engine has been doing this for years.

Between matchdays

Give your league a reason to check in on a Tuesday.

Your players can make free score predictions on every eligible fixture — a matchday game layered on the football they already care about. It is on by default, and you can disable it per competition. Accuracy points decide the table, so friends and families can compare exact calls and closest scores without spending anything.

Coin Picks are a separate optional feature. Coin purchases and funded rewards are not offered. Coins never become cash, prediction points cannot be bought, and wallet balances never improve anyone's accuracy rank.

Running a youth league?

U14s see fixtures and standings. Nothing else.

  • · Free predictions are on by default, with a per-competition override for youth leagues.
  • · Coin Picks are a separate optional feature, and coin purchases are off.
  • · Disable the competition override for youth leagues to keep their public pages to fixtures, standings, registration and fee collection.
  • · Straight answer, four lines. That's the policy.

Founding Organizer Program

First 10 leagues each month get a human.

We onboard ten leagues a month by hand — Stripe setup, fixture import, fee configuration, on a call with us. That's our bandwidth, not a countdown timer. Founding leagues lock season-1 plan pricing.

Straight answers

The questions a treasurer asks.

Do you take a cut?

Yes, and it's printed above: $0.45 per entry up to $25, 1% above that — plus Stripe's own processing fees and your plan price. Nothing else.

Who holds the money?

Entry fees are charged to your connected Stripe account under Stripe Connect — we run the software and the checkout; Stripe pays you out on its standard schedule, typically 2–7 days.

How fast can I start?

The engine is instant — fixtures and standings today. Online fee collection needs Stripe's identity verification first, which usually takes a few days. Already running a league? Be collecting online by your next matchday.

Refunds and taxes?

You're the merchant — your refund policy, your tax obligations. We give you the ledger; your accountant will like the export.

Is the prediction thing gambling?

Prediction tables score accuracy points, and spending cannot improve a rank. Coin Picks are a separate optional feature, and coin purchases are off. Free predictions are on by default, with a per-competition organiser override.

What's on the Free plan?

Everything except online fee collection: one competition, full engine, fixtures, live standings, brackets, public page, unlimited players and fans. Forever.
