Delete your account
Last updated 15 September 2026
You can delete your EasyChamp account and the personal data attached to it yourself, from inside the app. This page shows where the button is, what deletion removes, and how to ask us to do it if you can no longer sign in.
Delete it yourself, in the app
EasyChamp leagues app
In the EasyChamp leagues app, open Account and choose Delete account. Type DELETE, then confirm Permanently delete my account. If an AI operation is still pending, wait for it to finish and try again. The app signs you out on this device only after the server confirms deletion.
EasyChamp Club and club apps
Deletion runs from your profile in the EasyChamp app or in your club's app. No request to us is needed.
- Open the app and sign in.
- Open Profile and scroll down to Danger zone.
- Choose Delete account and confirm.
You are asked to confirm once. After that, signing in again with the same address starts a new, empty account rather than reopening the old one.
Cannot sign in? Write to us
If you no longer have the app installed, or you cannot get into the account, email us from the address the account uses:
Say that you want the account deleted and name the club or competition you took part in. We answer within 2 working days and complete the deletion within 30 days.
What deletion removes
Your account and the personal profile attached to it: name, email address, profile photo, phone numbers with their history, the sign-in identities linked to it, your club memberships, and the push tokens for your devices.
What stays
What a club or organiser recorded about your participation stays with them, and it stays associated with you: it is not anonymised. That covers your past attendance and RSVP answers together with any comment you left, your competition registrations, which keep the name and email address you entered, the details on any club registration form you submitted (date of birth, address, emergency contact and guardian, height and weight), the phone numbers the club's roster holds for you, with their history, and the messages you posted in club chat. The published competition record (fixtures, results, tables and team sheets) remains part of that competition's history, and payment records, including registration dues and ticket orders, are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires.
