Privacy Policy
Last updated 19 October 2026
This policy explains what personal data EasyChamp collects when you run or join competitions, use your club’s app, simulate matches, manage a national team, or make predictions and Coin Picks with virtual coins. And how we use, share, and protect it.
1. Who we are
EasyChamp, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“EasyChamp”, “we”, “us”), operates the football competition platform at easychamp.com and its product surfaces. Leagues (organizer console), Club (the mobile app a club runs on), Sim (match simulator), Coach (national-team management), and the virtual-coin prediction game woven through them. EasyChamp, Inc. is the data controller for the personal data described below. For any privacy question, contact admin@easychamp.com. Our principal office is 301 174th St, Apt 701, Sunny Isles Beach, FL 33160, USA.
2. Information we collect
Account & identity
Sign-in is handled by our identity provider (Keycloak). When you create or use an account we process your email address, display name / username, and the authentication tokens that keep you signed in. If you register with Google, Facebook or Apple, we receive the basic profile fields you approve at that provider.
Tournament & gameplay data
The competitions, teams, fixtures, standings, squads, and career progress you create or join, along with the choices you make in Sim and Coach. This is the content you use the product to produce.
Community content
The content you post in community spaces (chats, groups, circles, and feeds) along with any reports you file about other users’ content and the block list you maintain. We keep moderation records (what was reported, what action we took) to enforce our Terms of Service.
Payments
If virtual-coin purchases are enabled and offered, they are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card number. Stripe handles card data as a PCI-DSS payment processor. We retain a record of the transaction (amount, coin pack, timestamp, and a Stripe reference) for accounting and support.
Device, usage & cookies
Basic technical data (IP address, browser type, pages viewed) needed to serve and secure the site, plus the small amount of local storage described in section 6.
3. How we use your data
- To provide the products. Run your competitions, sim your matches, manage your squad, and settle predictions and Coin Picks.
- To authenticate you and keep your account secure.
- Where the purchase gate is enabled, to process coin purchases and provide support.
- To operate, debug, and improve the platform.
- To measure our own advertising and to show or exclude EasyChamp ads, using a hashed email address as section 6 describes.
- To moderate community content. Review reports (within 24 hours), remove objectionable content, and eject abusive users.
- To comply with legal obligations and prevent abuse or fraud.
4. Legal bases (GDPR)
Where the GDPR applies, we rely on: performance of a contract (providing the service you signed up for), legitimate interests (securing and improving the platform, preventing abuse), consent (where we ask for it, e.g. optional communications), and legal obligation (accounting, responding to lawful requests).
5. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it with processors that run the platform on our behalf: our identity provider (Keycloak), Stripe for payments, Twilio for text messages and calls (verification codes, and the texts described in section 15), Expo for delivering app notifications, and our hosting and infrastructure providers. Each is bound to use the data only to provide their service to us. We also share your name and contact details with the club and its prize sponsor, for a Pick’em prize you win, only so they can deliver it (see section 12). This website also sends data to the analytics and advertising services named in section 6. For accounts created on easychamp.com or in the organizer console, we may also share a hashed copy of the account email address with Google, as section 6 describes. We may also disclose data where required by law.
EasyChamp AI
EasyChamp AI, the assistant in the leagues app, club apps and console, answers your questions with a third-party AI model. When you use it, we send your question, any photo you attach, and the club information the answer needs (for example schedules, rosters, attendance and results you are allowed to see) to OpenRouter, which passes it to the AI model that writes the answer. We currently use Anthropic models, which may be processed by Anthropic, Amazon Web Services (Amazon Bedrock), or Google Cloud (Vertex AI), depending on the route. The general EasyChamp leagues mobile app sends text only; photo attachments are not available in that app. We route these requests only to providers that agree not to keep the data after answering and not to use it to train their models. The app asks for your permission before the first time it sends anything, and you can stop using the assistant at any time. We keep your conversation so you can read it again, and it is deleted with your account.
6. Cookies & local storage
We use essential storage to hold your sign-in session (so you stay logged in) and a small preference value that remembers your light/dark theme choice.
This website also runs analytics and advertising tags: Google Analytics, Google Ads, the Meta Pixel, Microsoft Advertising (UET), Amplitude, and PostHog, which we route through our own easychamp.com endpoint rather than the vendor’s. Amplitude and PostHog also record session replays of how pages are used. If your browser’s time zone places you in the European Economic Area, you are asked first: no analytics or advertising cookies are set until you accept, and declining keeps them off. Elsewhere they are enabled by default, and the site does not currently offer its own opt-out. You can block them with your browser’s cookie and tracking controls, or email admin@easychamp.com and we will act on your request. Our mobile apps contain none of these, and the pages they open in their built-in browser do not load them, as section 12 describes.
Microsoft Advertising
easychamp.com and the organizer console also use the Microsoft Advertising Universal Event Tracking (UET) tag to measure the results of our ads and to show EasyChamp ads again to people who visited (remarketing). Microsoft may set cookies and collect data such as the pages you visit and the actions you take, like signing up, sending a request or starting a checkout. The tag follows the same consent choices as the Google tags: if your browser’s time zone places you in the European Economic Area, it sets no advertising cookies and we send Microsoft none of these actions until you accept. Our mobile apps do not contain it. Microsoft’s use of this data is described in its privacy statement, and you can opt out of personalized Microsoft ads in Microsoft’s ad settings.
Hashed email addresses and Google Customer Match
If you have an EasyChamp account created on easychamp.com or in the organizer console, we may share its email address with Google to measure our ads and to show or exclude EasyChamp ads (Google Customer Match). The address is hashed (SHA-256) before it leaves our systems, so Google does not receive the plain address. Google uses it only to match it against Google accounts.
We do not share it for people who use the EasyChamp Club app or a club-branded app (section 12) or the EasyChamp mobile app (section 13), for anyone under 13, or for people in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland unless they have given advertising consent.
To opt out, email admin@easychamp.com and we will remove your address from the lists we have sent Google and leave it out of every later upload. Deleting your account (section 8) does the same. You can also manage how Google uses your information for ads in Google’s ad settings (myadcenter.google.com).
7. Data retention
We keep account and tournament data for as long as your account is active. Payment records are retained as long as required for accounting and tax. When you delete your account (see section 8) we remove your sign-in identity and the personal profile attached to it. Some records stay: section 12 sets out which club records, section 14 covers MatchCam uploads, and we also keep anything we must keep to meet a legal obligation.
8. Account deletion
You can delete your account at any time from within the app: Profile → Delete account. Deleting your account removes your personal data from the platform, with the exceptions described in sections 7 and 14. If you have questions about deletion, or need help with it, contact admin@easychamp.com.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, export, or restrict processing of your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these, email admin@easychamp.com and we will respond within the timeframe the law requires. You also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.
10. International transfers
Our providers may process data outside your country. Where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) to protect it.
11. Age
EasyChamp is not intended for children. Coin Picks and Club Pick’em are restricted to users who are at least 18 and the age of majority where they live. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone below the applicable minimum age.
12. The EasyChamp Club apps
Which apps this covers
This section covers the EasyChamp Club mobile app for iOS and Android, and the club-branded apps built from the same code: the Dade County FC app and the EasyChamp FC app. Club-branded apps are operated by EasyChamp under an agreement with the respective club’s rights holder. For the Dade County FC app, the club rights are held by The Player Lab and the club’s ownership, with technical operation by EasyChamp. EasyChamp is the data controller for personal data processed through any of these apps, and the rest of this policy applies to them as it does to the website.
What the apps collect
- Account and membership. Your email address and name, used to run your account and your membership of a club.
- Phone numbers. The mobile number you verify with a code we text you through our SMS provider, Twilio, and any further numbers you add to your account. If you later verify a different number, the previous one stays on your account as an additional number. Each number can be marked with the messaging apps it is on (WhatsApp, Viber or Telegram) and whether it takes texts or calls. Your club also keeps numbers for you on its roster: numbers you give on a registration or tryout form, a parent or guardian’s number, numbers its coaches, admins or owner add or that we add at the club’s request, a copy of your verified number once your account is linked to your roster entry, and the numbers of a duplicate entry for you that the club merges into yours. When entries are merged, we keep a copy of the merged entry as a record of the merge. A number that stops being used is not deleted. It is marked as retired, with the date and any reason given (on the roster, also who retired it), and kept as history. You manage the numbers on your account from your profile. The club’s coaches, admins and owner manage the numbers on its roster, and once your account is linked to their roster they can also see your verified number and the other active numbers on your account. Other players and members do not see them. The roster’s log of changes records who changed a number and when, but never the full number.
- Your content. The messages and attachments you send in club chat, including direct and group conversations, replies, reactions and poll votes, the profile photo you choose, the tactical board scenes you draw, the training session plans you write with any images or PDFs attached to them, and the notes you add to events. This content is stored so that your club’s own features work, and it is visible to that club’s members and staff rather than to other clubs.
- Attendance, including health reasons. Your answers to attendance and RSVP requests for matches and training. When you decline you can choose a reason, including Injury or Illness, and add a short note, such as the injury and when you expect to be back. An Injury or Illness reason and its note are health information. Your own answer, reason and note are visible to you and to the club’s coaches, admins and owner. Everyone invited sees the totals for a session, how many are going, not going, undecided or yet to answer, but not who answered what.
- Club registration. If you register with a club in an app, the details its form asks for: your name, email address, phone number and home address, your date of birth and age, sex (and your own description, if you choose one), country of birth, height and weight, kit, shirt and short sizes, preferred positions and playing experience, and an emergency contact’s name and phone number. Height and weight are health information. We also record which version of the club’s waiver you accepted, and when.
- Registration dues. If the club charges dues, the app opens Stripe’s checkout page to take the payment. We keep the payment status, the amounts due and paid, the date of any next instalment, the receipt reference and Stripe’s references for the payment, linked to your account, and the app shows them to you. Your card details are entered on Stripe’s page and never reach EasyChamp.
- Match tickets. If you buy a ticket to a home game through the page the app opens, we keep the order: the game, the number of tickets, the amounts, any promo code, Stripe’s references for the payment, the admission codes, and whether and when each ticket was scanned at the gate, linked to your account if you were signed in.
- Identifiers. Your EasyChamp user id, and a notification token for each device you sign in on, stored with the device’s platform, app version and language, so that your club can send you matchday and training notifications.
Notifications
A notification token is created only if you have already allowed notifications at the operating-system level and you belong to a club. Signing out deletes the token from the device and deactivates the device registration on our servers, so your club can no longer send notifications to it. We retain the deactivated registration until you delete your account, which removes it. It does not expire on its own before then. Notifications travel through Expo’s push service and then Apple’s or Google’s notification service to reach your device.
Your calendar
If you ask an app to add a fixture or a training session to your calendar, it writes that event to the calendar on your device. EasyChamp does not read your calendar and never receives its contents.
Messaging apps
When you tap WhatsApp, Viber, Telegram, text or call next to a number, the app hands that number to the matching app on your device. If WhatsApp or Telegram is not installed, the number opens that service’s website instead, as part of the web address. EasyChamp does not send messages through those services and does not receive what you send there; that service’s own privacy policy applies.
Web pages the apps open
A few steps open an EasyChamp web page in the app’s built-in browser instead of a screen of the app: the page you come back to after paying registration dues on Stripe, the page for buying a ticket to a home game and its receipt, and, for club managers, the club’s payment settings and its ticket sales screen, both reached through our sign-in pages. These are pages of our organizer console at console.easychamp.com. My family, program registration and waiver pages also open on this console, using the adult’s own sign-in. Links at easychamp.com/family and easychamp.com/registration/club redirect there before loading a website page. These family and registration pages, the payment pages above, and the sign-in pages on the way to them load none of the analytics or advertising tags described in section 6. Stripe’s checkout page belongs to Stripe, and Stripe’s own privacy policy applies there. If you move on from one of these pages to other parts of the console or to this website, section 6 applies to those pages. Other links open in your regular browser: EasyChamp’s own pages there follow section 6, and other sites, such as a club’s website or a match video, follow their own policies.
Club Pick’em
Club Pick’em is the free weekly score-prediction contest a club can switch on in its app. If you take part:
- Date of birth. We use the date of birth on your profile only for the 18+ age check that decides whether you can join.
- Picks and the club table. Your picks, your points and your display name are shown on the club’s weekly and season tables to that club’s members.
- Weekly winner. The weekly winner’s display name is shown in the app to the club’s members.
- Prizes. Where a club’s sponsor offers a prize, we share the winner’s name and contact details with the club and its prize sponsor only to deliver that prize, as the Pick’em Official rules describe.
- Coin rewards. Where the club has coin rewards on, coins earned for correct picks are recorded in your EasyCoins ledger.
What the apps do not collect
The apps do not collect your precise location, your contacts, or your browsing history, they do not use your camera or record audio, and EasyChamp never receives your card details. The apps themselves contain no analytics SDK, no advertising SDK, and no crash or performance reporting. The ordinary server-side logging described in section 2 still applies when an app talks to EasyChamp.
Payments
The apps contain no in-app purchase. Registration dues and match tickets are paid on Stripe’s checkout page, which the app opens in its browser, and payment for club publication and for bookings happens on the web. All of it is processed by Stripe, which handles card data as a PCI-DSS payment processor, and we keep only the payment records described above.
Tracking
We do not use data from these apps, or from the pages they open in their built-in browser, to track you across other companies’ apps or websites. Nothing from them is sold, and nothing from them is shared with data brokers or advertising networks.
Deleting your account from an app
You delete your account from inside the app, under Profile → Delete account, in the Danger zone at the foot of your profile. The page at easychamp.com/account/delete sets out the same steps and gives an email route for anyone who can no longer sign in; the deletion itself runs from the app or from that request.
Deleting removes your sign-in identity, your profile with its name, email address, photo and the phone numbers on your account, including their history, your club memberships, and the device registrations for notifications. It also removes the private family profiles owned by your account and revokes your delegated access to their club classes. It does not erase the club’s own record of what happened: your past attendance and RSVP entries stay with the sessions they belong to, together with any reasons and notes you gave, your competition registrations keep the name and email address you entered, the details on any club registration form you submitted (date of birth, address, emergency contact and guardian), with the rest of that form, such as height and weight, the accepted waiver and consent snapshots, and its payment records, stay with the club that collected them, your ticket orders are kept as payment records, the club’s roster keeps the phone numbers it holds for you with their history, and messages you posted stay in the club’s chat history. Those records stay associated with you; we do not anonymise them. We also keep a dated record that a deletion was requested, so that we can show it was honoured, and the published competition record stays as section 7 describes.
Children and youth clubs
As section 11 states, EasyChamp accounts are for adults, and competition registration in the apps is closed to anyone under 18. Where a club runs youth teams, the account belongs to a parent or guardian who acts for the child, and the club’s staff manage the child’s place in the squad. If you are a parent or guardian and you want to see, correct, or delete data about your child, email admin@easychamp.com and we will deal with you directly.
Private family profiles and class access
In My family, an adult parent or guardian can save a child or ward’s full name, date of birth, optional sex, and their relationship to the participant, with an attestation that they are authorised to act for them. The saved profile belongs to that adult’s account. It does not give the child a sign-in account or create a public child profile. This workflow currently supports the submitting guardian; it does not invite another guardian or transfer ownership of a family profile.
When you register a saved participant for a club program, the club receives the information you submit on its form, your guardian details and the version of the waiver you accept. Authorised club staff can review those records. An approved enrollment can grant you access to that participant’s class schedule and, when invited, attendance responses. The response records the participant and the guardian who submitted it; coaches and staff with access to that group can view it.
Editing a saved profile changes details for future registrations; it does not rewrite past application or accepted waiver snapshots. Archiving a profile hides it from new registration choices. Archiving does not cancel an enrollment, revoke class access or refund a payment. Revoking class access ends that delegation; it does not cancel an enrollment or refund payments. Account deletion removes your saved family profiles and revokes their delegated access, while the club keeps the registration, waiver, payment and attendance records described above. Contact the club about an enrollment or payment, and contact us at admin@easychamp.com about access to or correction of private family data.
13. EasyChamp (general mobile app)
The EasyChamp app for iOS and Android lets you browse public football fixtures, results, lineups and player profiles without signing in. EasyChamp, Inc. operates this app. Its account and data practices are covered by this policy; the club-specific features in section 12 belong to the separate EasyChamp Club and club-branded apps.
If you sign in, we process your name, email address, EasyChamp user ID and authentication tokens to provide account access. Ordinary technical server logs, described in section 2, also apply when the app requests fixtures, images or account data. This release does not request notification permission or register push notification tokens.
No advertising, analytics, crash-reporting or performance-reporting SDK is active in this release. It does not collect your precise location, contacts, health or financial data. It does not capture or upload photos, video or audio. Player portraits are displayed from existing competition sources. Chat is unavailable in this release; the app does not send chat messages. Opening an external match-media link takes you to that provider, whose privacy policy applies there.
You can delete your account through Profile → Delete account. This removes your sign-in identity, personal profile, club memberships and any existing notification registrations. Competition and club records can remain as described in section 12 and on the account deletion page, which also provides an email route if you cannot sign in. We do not use this app to track you across other companies’ apps or websites, or sell its personal data. The current app has no subscription checkout or in-app purchases.
14. MatchCam (iOS) and MatchCam Second Camera (Android)
MatchCam is available for iPhone. MatchCam Second Camera is its Android companion, which works as the second camera of a paired iPhone.
Recording on your phone. Both apps use your camera and, when permitted, your microphone to preview and record matches. Recordings, session timestamps, camera settings, device model and operating-system version are stored on your phone. Audio also helps synchronize the two phones’ recordings. Recording does not require an EasyChamp account. By default the iPhone app also saves a copy of each finished recording to Photos; you can turn this off in the app’s settings. The apps do not include advertising or third-party analytics SDKs, and we do not use MatchCam data for cross-app advertising tracking.
Paired phones. The second phone sends preview images and recording, camera, battery, thermal and available-storage status to the main phone over the local network. The main phone can start and stop recording and use the previews in its streaming features. Phones paired with a QR code use an encrypted connection, and the Android companion always does. Two iPhones joined for a live stream without QR pairing use an unencrypted local-network connection. Pairing credentials are stored on the devices; keep pairing codes private.
Uploads to EasyChamp from iPhone. Signing in processes your account identifier, name, email and authentication credentials. When match uploads are enabled for your account (they are being rolled out gradually), starting or stopping a match while signed in registers its session identifier, title, start time and mode with EasyChamp, together with each phone’s name, model, app version and operating-system version, even before any video is uploaded. Each iPhone then uploads its own recording: by default after each match, or when you choose Upload. In the app’s upload settings you can turn automatic upload off and choose whether video may upload over mobile data (by default it waits for Wi-Fi; small status messages can use either). The main phone uploads while you are signed in. A second iPhone uploads its side with a single-match upload pass from the main phone and needs no EasyChamp account.
An upload sends the recording with its audio, the session and synchronization metadata, camera settings (including exposure and white balance), phone orientation and motion readings, the time zone, the session’s diagnostic log, and device information (battery, thermal and storage status). The session metadata and diagnostic log can include the match’s live-stream broadcast identifier and watch link (including unlisted ones) and the phones’ local network addresses. While you are signed in, the phone name defaults to your first name and phone model; you can change it in upload settings.
Upload passes. An upload pass is shared by the main phone over the pairing link, or as a link or QR code. For 14 days after the match is registered, anyone holding a pass can upload that phone’s side and, once the match is processed, download the files made from it (the match video, highlights and analysis data) without an EasyChamp account. Keep upload passes private.
Storage and processing. Uploaded recordings and the files made from them are stored in Cloudflare R2 object storage used by EasyChamp. Processing runs on computers EasyChamp operates, using video tools and detection models that run on those computers. It combines the two phones’ views into one picture, follows play, produces the match video and highlights, and detects players and the ball to create player tracks, team assignments and match events. Processing does not use face recognition; it follows players by their movement and sorts them into teams by kit colour. Nothing is sent to a third-party AI or analytics service for this processing. The match owner sees each phone’s upload and processing status in EasyChamp.
Match review. Processing results do not name players. If you review a match and add a lineup, EasyChamp stores the player names and shirt numbers you enter. Review events you assign to a lineup player are then linked to that named player and to the detected track, and each saved review records the user who saved it.
Scoreboard and remote scorekeeping. Opening the Scoreboard sheet starts a small web server on the camera phone so a scorekeeper on the same Wi-Fi or Personal Hotspot can keep the score from a browser, without signing in. This local connection is unencrypted (plain HTTP), and the access key is part of the web address in the QR code, so share that code only with your scorekeeper. Anyone using it can change the score, clock, team names and colours, and upload sponsor logos. While you are signed in and the scoreboard is on, the iPhone also sends the scoreboard state (score, clock, team names and colours, and sponsor details) to EasyChamp so that people you give the scoreboard code to can keep the score from the EasyChamp console. The same code stays in use for later matches until you choose New code. While one of them has that page open, the phone also sends a small picture of the stream every few seconds, which can include the second camera’s view. EasyChamp keeps the scoreboard state, and each console command with the user who sent it and any sponsor logo it carries, for 48 hours after the last use, and each picture for about one minute.
MatchCam Second Camera on Android. The Android companion has no EasyChamp sign-in and does not upload recordings or diagnostic logs to EasyChamp. Its recordings stay in the app’s storage until you remove them or clear the app’s storage, and Android app backup is turned off for it. Its preview can still appear in a live stream, or in the scoreboard pictures described above, sent by the paired iPhone. If you share its recordings with the match owner, the owner can upload them to EasyChamp for processing, and they are then handled like the iPhone uploads above.
Streaming and sharing. Starting a live stream sends video and audio to the service you select. YouTube sign-in and live features use Google/YouTube services under their own privacy policies; custom streaming destinations receive the stream you configure. Choosing another app in the share sheet gives that app the selected recordings and session metadata. Those destinations handle their copies under their own policies.
Your choices, retention and deletion. You control camera and microphone permissions in device settings, which phone you pair, when you record or stream, and whether you upload, save to Photos or export. Original recordings are not encrypted by MatchCam itself. Removing a local recording or uninstalling the app does not delete copies already saved to Photos, shared or uploaded. Export files you want to keep before clearing app storage. Match recordings kept inside the iPhone app are excluded from iPhone backup; copies in Photos or another app follow that app’s backup and sync settings. Uploaded recordings and the files made from them are not deleted automatically at present, and deleting your EasyChamp account does not yet remove them. To have them deleted, or for other privacy requests, contact admin@easychamp.com. Record and share footage only with the necessary permissions from the people involved.
15. Text messages (SMS)
EasyChamp sends text messages from its own numbers in two cases: the verification code you ask for when you add a phone number to your account, and, if you ticked the call and text consent box on our book-a-call form (or asked us for a text during a call you agreed to), a short follow-up with your sign-up link, pricing and a link to book a demo. We only text a number whose owner gave that consent, and consent is never a condition of buying anything.
- Frequency. Message frequency varies; a sales follow-up is usually one or two texts per request, with no recurring campaigns.
- Cost. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
- Opt out. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts; we confirm once and send nothing further. Reply HELP for help, or contact admin@easychamp.com.
- No sharing. We do not sell, rent or share your mobile phone number or your text-message consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text-message opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties, except with the service providers that deliver the messages for us (Twilio), who may use them only to provide that service.
- Records. We keep a record of each consent (the exact wording you agreed to, its version, the time and your IP address) and of each opt-out, so we can prove consent and honour your choice.
16. Schools, universities and public agencies
When a school, university, parks department or other public agency runs a program on EasyChamp, this policy applies to it as it does to any organizer or club. In particular:
- Accounts are for adults. As sections 11 and 12 state, EasyChamp accounts are for adults, and competition registration in the apps is closed to anyone under 18.
- Youth teams. Where a program runs youth teams, the account belongs to a parent or guardian who acts for the child, and the program’s staff manage the child’s place in the squad.
- Names only, no payments. A program can run its competitions with team and player names only, and without taking any payment: registration fees are charged only when the program chooses to charge them.
- Coin picks are separate. The virtual-coin prediction feature is separate from competition management and is not needed to run a league. Coin picks stay off on a competition unless its organizer switches them on, and each person must attest that they are 18 or older before their first coin pick, as our predictions page explains.
- Deletion. An account holder deletes their account under Profile → Delete account, or through the steps at easychamp.com/account/delete, as sections 8 and 12 describe; section 12 also lists the records a club keeps. A parent or guardian who wants to see, correct or delete data about their child, and anyone making another request about personal data, emails admin@easychamp.com.
17. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the platform evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with a new “last updated” date.
18. Contact
Questions or requests about your data: admin@easychamp.com. We have not designated a Data Protection Officer, because we are not required to appoint one under Article 37 of the GDPR. That address reaches the people responsible for data protection at EasyChamp, and it is the route to use for every request described in section 9.
19. Governing law
EasyChamp, Inc. is a Delaware corporation, and this policy is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Where the GDPR or another data-protection law of your country of residence gives you rights that Delaware law does not, those rights still apply and this section does not limit them.
