LeagueApps alternative for leagues and tournaments

LeagueApps charges a percentage of every transaction and a one-time setup fee, and prints neither. EasyChamp prints its fee — and waives it on League — charges no setup fee, and runs every format with a public site on your own domain from the Free plan.

Questions

LeagueApps alternative — asked and answered

What does EasyChamp charge per registration compared with LeagueApps?
EasyChamp's platform fee is $0.45 per entry up to $25, then 1%, and it is $0 on the League and Enterprise plans; Stripe's processing fees apply on every plan. LeagueApps' pricing page (read 2026-08-22) describes a percentage of each payment transaction without printing the percentage.
Is there a setup fee on EasyChamp?
No. The setup fee on every plan in the registry is $0. LeagueApps' pricing page describes a one-time setup fee without printing the amount.
Do I have to pay for a subscription?
No. The Free plan is $0 with unlimited competitions, teams and players. Club ($9/mo) removes EasyChamp branding; League ($29/mo) waives the per-entry fee; Enterprise is quoted and adds a white-label club app and migration.
Where does the money go?
Into your own connected Stripe account. EasyChamp takes its printed platform fee; everything else is yours, on Stripe's settlement schedule.
Does EasyChamp do youth club registration with waivers and rosters?
It does team and player registration with an entry fee, and rosters live on the competition. It is built around competitions — leagues, cups, tournaments — rather than camps or classes; if most of what you sell is camps, LeagueApps' program types may fit better.
Can we get a branded app?
A white-label club app under your own name is part of the Enterprise plan. On every other plan your public league site is on your own domain and works in any phone browser.
