Terms of Service
Last updated 27 October 2026
These terms govern your use of EasyChamp. Running and joining competitions, simulating matches, managing squads, posting in chats and groups, and using the virtual-coin prediction game. By using the platform you agree to them.
1. Acceptance
By accessing or using EasyChamp you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. Your account
Sign-in is handled through our identity provider (Keycloak). You are responsible for the accuracy of the information on your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account. Tell us at admin@easychamp.com if you suspect unauthorised use.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- break the law, or infringe anyone’s rights, while using EasyChamp;
- disrupt, overload, probe, or reverse-engineer the platform or its security;
- scrape, resell, or misrepresent data from the platform;
- upload content that is unlawful, abusive, or that you do not have the right to share.
4. Your competitions and content
You keep ownership of the tournaments, teams, and content you create. You grant EasyChamp the licence needed to host, display, and operate that content so we can provide the service (for example, showing standings to the participants you invite). You are responsible for the content you publish and for how you run competitions you organise.
5. User content, chats, and moderation
EasyChamp lets you create chats, groups, and circles, and post content that other users can see. Messages, posts, team pages, images, and similar community content. We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users: content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, violent, or otherwise objectionable is not allowed, and neither is abusive behaviour towards other users.
- Reporting. Every piece of user-generated content can be reported from within the app. You can also report a user directly.
- Blocking. You can block any user from within the app; blocked users’ content is hidden from you.
- Action within 24 hours. We review reports and act on them within 24 hours, removing the offending content and ejecting the user who posted it where warranted.
We may remove any content, or restrict, suspend, or terminate any account, that breaches this section, without prior notice.
6. Virtual coins and predictions
EasyChamp’s coin prediction game uses virtual coins. Virtual coins are a licence to use an entertainment feature of the platform. They are not money, not legal tender, and have no cash value.
- Virtual coins can never be cashed out. They cannot be redeemed, withdrawn, exchanged, transferred, or converted into real money, cryptocurrency, goods, or any item of monetary value, whether inside or outside the platform.
- Virtual coins have no value on any exchange and are not an investment.
- Coin Picks placed with virtual coins are for entertainment only; outcomes confer bragging rights and in-product standing, never a real-money payout.
- We may grant, adjust, expire, or reset virtual-coin balances as needed to run the platform, and we may change or discontinue Coin Picks.
EasyCoins are virtual and have no cash value: they can never be cashed out, redeemed, exchanged or transferred. In Club Pick’em, coins are only earned for correct picks and are never spent or staked.
Because virtual coins have no cash value, using them is not gambling for money. You are responsible for ensuring your use of these features is permitted where you live, and you must be at least 18 and the age of majority where you live to use them.
6A. Club Pick’em and sponsor prizes
Club Pick’em is a free weekly score-prediction contest inside club apps. It is free to enter, no purchase necessary, and open to adults (18+). Where a club’s sponsor offers a weekly prize, the Pick’em Official rules (easychamp.com/pickem/rules and the Rules link in the app) govern it. Prizes are never cash, and EasyCoins are never a prize.
7. Payments
Coin packs may be offered for sale; they are not on sale right now. Bought coins work exactly like free coins: they never become cash. If coin purchases are enabled and offered to you, you may purchase coin packs. Payments are processed by Stripe; by purchasing you also agree to Stripe’s terms. Prices are shown before checkout. Because coin packs are digital items delivered immediately, purchases are final except where a refund is required by applicable law. Buying coins never creates a right to cash them out (see section 6).
Paying a league, club or venue
Registration fees, dues, tickets, lessons and rentals are set by the league, club or venue (the “organizer”), which is responsible for delivering the activity or service. The payment flow may identify the organizer or EasyChamp as the merchant of record. Where EasyChamp is the merchant of record, these terms do not remove its payment or customer-support responsibilities. The organizer’s disclosed refund and cancellation policy applies. Unless that policy or applicable law says otherwise, these payments are non-refundable once the registration, ticket or booking is confirmed. Ask the organizer first about any refund or billing problem; contact us at admin@easychamp.com if they do not answer. You may pay only with a card or account you own or are authorized to use. We may cancel, refund or report a payment we reasonably believe is fraudulent or unauthorized.
Nothing in this section limits your right to report an unauthorized payment or exercise rights provided by applicable law or card-network rules. A refund policy does not prevent a card issuer from opening a dispute. These terms do not change the merchant of record or payment processing rules for an earlier transaction.
Organizers who collect payments
If you collect payments through EasyChamp, you receive them through a Stripe connected account and you also agree to the Stripe Connected Account Agreement. You agree that:
- You supply and are responsible for the activity or service you offer. You set your prices and refund policy, show that policy to payers before they pay, and handle refunds, cancellations and customer questions. Where EasyChamp is the merchant of record, you must cooperate with EasyChamp in meeting those responsibilities.
- You are responsible for every refund, chargeback, dispute, reversal and related fee on payments made to you, including Stripe’s dispute fees, whether or not EasyChamp processed the payment as the platform. You will provide evidence for a dispute when we or Stripe ask. This allocation of costs between you and EasyChamp does not override payer rights, Stripe’s terms or card-network rules, or change which account Stripe debits for a refund or dispute.
- Where permitted by applicable law, your agreements and Stripe, EasyChamp may recover any such amount, or any amount we pay because of your payments, by reversing the related transfer, deducting it from your balance or future payouts, debiting the bank account linked to your connected account where Stripe allows it, or invoicing you. You will pay any invoiced amount within 14 days. Recovery from a connected account or bank account is not guaranteed.
- You will not take payments with cards or accounts you are not authorized to use. You will not pay for your own offerings to move money out, split or disguise payments, or use EasyChamp to collect money for anything other than a real sports activity you deliver.
- When we reasonably suspect fraud, unauthorized payments, a high dispute rate or a breach of these terms, we may suspend or limit your EasyChamp access, disconnect your Stripe integration or request action from Stripe. We may hold, delay or stop payouts, refund payers, or limit or close a connected account only where applicable law, our agreements, Stripe permissions and your account configuration allow it. We cannot close a Standard Stripe account. Closing any other live connected account also requires zero balances. Disconnecting EasyChamp does not close your Stripe account. We may share information with Stripe, card networks and law enforcement where permitted by applicable law.
- You will indemnify EasyChamp, Inc. against losses, fees, fines and reasonable costs, including card-network fines, that arise from your payments, your refund policy or your breach of this section.
8. Club-branded apps
Some clubs offer a club-branded EasyChamp mobile app (for example, the Dade County FC app). These apps are operated by EasyChamp under an agreement with the respective club’s rights holder. For the Dade County FC app, the club rights are held by The Player Lab and the club’s ownership, with technical operation by EasyChamp. These terms apply to your use of club-branded apps in the same way they apply to the rest of the platform.
9. Availability and changes
We work to keep EasyChamp available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may add, change, suspend, or remove features, and we may update these terms. Material changes will be posted here with a new “last updated” date; continued use after a change means you accept it.
10. Disclaimers and liability
The platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, EasyChamp is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
11. Termination and account deletion
You may stop using EasyChamp at any time, and you can delete your account from within the app (Profile → Delete account): deletion removes your personal data from the platform as described in our Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or to protect the platform or other users. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as sections 6, 10, and 12) continue to apply.
12. Governing law
The platform is provided by EasyChamp, Inc., a Delaware corporation, and EasyChamp, Inc. is the entity you contract with under these terms. These terms, and any dispute arising out of them or out of your use of the platform, are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. You and EasyChamp, Inc. agree that the state and federal courts located in the State of Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction and venue over any such dispute, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. Nothing in this section takes away a consumer protection you have under the mandatory law of your country of residence.
13. Text messages (SMS)
If you tick the call and text consent box on our book-a-call form, or ask us for a text during a call, EasyChamp, Inc. may text the number you gave about your league and EasyChamp offers, such as your sign-up link, pricing and a link to book a demo. Verification codes you request when adding a phone number are also sent by text. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
- Message frequency varies; a sales follow-up is usually one or two texts per request.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to any message to opt out, and HELP for help. You can also opt out on any call or by writing to admin@easychamp.com.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- How we handle your number and consent is set out in section 15 of our Privacy Policy; we never share it with third parties for their marketing.
