Help for EasyChamp Leagues, EasyChamp Club and the club apps built on EasyChamp. Browse public leagues, competitions, teams, players and results without an account. Sign in to use organizer tools or your club’s member features.
Contact us
Email admin@easychamp.com and a person will answer within 2 business days. We are based in Miami, Florida (US Eastern time). Questions about your club itself, such as squads, fees or training times, are best sent to your club’s staff through club chat in the app or the club’s own contact details.
Please include your name, your club, the device you are using (for example “iPhone 15, iOS 26”), and what you saw. If the app showed an error message, the small grey line at the bottom of that screen tells us exactly what failed. Copying it makes the fix much faster.
EasyChamp leagues app
Find a league or competition
Open Discover, search by name and choose a sport or game. Select a league, then the competition you want. Its workspace contains the match schedule, standings, teams and player profiles. Team and player names open their profiles; you do not need to sign in to view public information.
Create and manage a competition
Open Account and choose Sign in. Then open Manage to create a league or manage one you have access to. The app is free to start: no payment is needed to create a league. The Free plan lets each new competition hold up to 8 teams. Competition organizers can add teams, create stages and review a generated schedule before confirming it.
Record a result or move a match
Open the competition’s Matches tab and select the match. Record result and Schedule & officials appear when your current role allows those changes. Review the proposed result, date, time, venue or referee before saving. A save is complete when the app verifies the stored record. If another organizer changes it, reload the current version before preparing another change.
Prepare lineups
Open a match’s Lineups tab. Choose registered players for the relevant side and review before saving. The app distinguishes a private preparation draft from an official published lineup. Formation boards are available only for supported sports and formats; player identities remain visible in the roster view for other formats.
Use the assistant
Open Assistant and choose the league or competition context. The app asks for consent before sending a request to its AI providers. The Free plan includes a small personal AI allowance, and the Club plan adds shared AI credits. Your organizer role determines which changes you can make. Review an action proposal before confirming it. AI can make mistakes; check names, dates, scores and venues.
The Club plan in EasyChamp: League Manager
In the EasyChamp: League Manager app for iPhone and iPad you can subscribe to the Club plan. It is an auto-renewable App Store subscription. It lifts the 8-team limit on the competitions you own and adds shared EasyChamp AI credits for the leagues and clubs you own. Apple takes the payment and charges it to your Apple Account.
Restore purchases. On a new device or after reinstalling, sign in with the same EasyChamp account, open Account, then Club plan, and choose Restore purchases.
Manage or cancel. Open Settings > Apple Account > Subscriptions on your iPhone or iPad. The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Refunds. Apple handles refunds for App Store subscriptions. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Deleting your account does not cancel the subscription. Cancel it in Settings > Apple Account > Subscriptions first. For any other question about the Club plan, email admin@easychamp.com.
Appearance and account deletion
Open Account to choose System, Light or Dark appearance. Signed-in users can also choose Delete account and follow the confirmation steps. This removes private account data; some competition records remain as described in the Privacy Policy. If you cannot sign in, use the account deletion page.
EasyChamp Club and club apps
Do I need an account?
No. You can browse public competitions, teams, players and results straight away. Sign in only when you want member features.
How do I sign in?
Open Profile and choose Apple, Google, Facebook or email. There is no separate password to invent if you use Apple, Google or Facebook.
How do I join my club?
Sign in, open Profile and enter the join code your club gave you, or scan its QR code. If you are already on the roster, the app links you automatically and no code is needed. Your club’s staff can also send you an invitation.
I belong to more than one club
Open Profile and choose My clubs to switch. Each club keeps its own schedule, chat and settings.
I signed in, but I can’t see my team’s private schedule
Your account is not linked to the club yet. Ask your club’s staff to add you with the name you signed up under, or enter the club’s join code.
The schedule looks empty
Pull down to refresh. If it still looks empty and you see a message about not reaching the server, check your connection and try again. The app shows the last schedule it saved when it cannot reach us.
Club Pro in EasyChamp Club
The EasyChamp Club app on iOS offers Club Pro. It is an optional auto-renewable App Store subscription for one club, as Club Pro Monthly or Club Pro Yearly. Club Pro lets the club run more than one team, with unlimited games and trainings. The club stays free without it.
Who can subscribe. Only a club owner or admin can subscribe. The Club Pro sheet opens when you try something Club Pro covers, such as adding a second team or adding a game or training past the free limit. Choose Monthly or Yearly, then Subscribe. Apple takes the payment and charges it to your Apple Account. Other members see a note to ask the club admin.
Restore purchases. On a new device or after reinstalling, sign in with the same EasyChamp account, open the Club Pro sheet and choose Restore purchases.
Manage or cancel. Open Settings > Apple Account > Subscriptions on your iPhone or iPad. Club Pro renews automatically unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Refunds. Apple handles refunds for Club Pro. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Deleting your account does not cancel Club Pro. Cancel it in Settings > Apple Account > Subscriptions first. For any other question about Club Pro, email admin@easychamp.com.
Club-branded apps, such as the Dade County FC app, stay free and sell no subscriptions.
Notifications
Turn push notifications on or off per channel in Profile → communication preferences, or for the whole app in the iOS Settings app under the app’s entry.
Your account and data
How do I delete my account?
In the app, open Profile, scroll down to Danger zone and choose Delete account. This removes your account and profile; some club records stay, as section 12 of the Privacy Policy explains. If you cannot sign in, follow the account deletion page.
What data do you hold?
See the Privacy Policy. EasyChamp, Inc. operates the apps and is the data controller for the personal data they hold; your club’s staff manage its roster, schedule and messages.
Accessibility
The apps support Dynamic Type, VoiceOver and Reduce Motion. If something is hard to use, tell us at admin@easychamp.com and we will fix it.
