Club Pick'em: Official rules

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED.

1. Sponsor and administrator

EasyChamp, Inc., a Delaware corporation (admin@easychamp.com) (“EasyChamp”) sponsors and runs Club Pick’em in each participating club’s app. Where a club offers a weekly prize, the prize is provided by that club or its sponsor (the “Prize Provider”), which is solely responsible for delivering it.

2. Eligibility

Members of a participating club who pass the app’s 18+ age check can make picks. To be eligible to win, you must be a legal resident of the 50 United States and DC who is at least 18 and the age of majority where you live (19 in Alabama and Nebraska, 21 in Mississippi), and have a signed-in account in the club’s app. The club’s owners, admins, coaches and team managers, employees of EasyChamp or the Prize Provider, and members of their households cannot win; they may still make picks and appear on the club table. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. How to enter (free)

In the club’s app, open Pick’em and save a score pick for any listed fixture before it kicks off. Entry costs nothing. No coins, purchase, subscription or payment is ever needed, and nothing bought from EasyChamp, the club or the Prize Provider affects results. One account per person; duplicate or automated accounts are disqualified. By making picks you agree to these Official rules.

4. Contest period

Each week runs from Monday 00:00 to the next Monday 00:00 in the club’s time zone. Every week is a separate contest.

5. Scoring

Per fixture: 5 points for the exact score, 3 for the right result and goal difference, 1 for the right result, 0 otherwise. Each week you may mark one fixture as your Joker, which scores double points. Results are the final confirmed score as published in EasyChamp for that fixture. A fixture counts in the week it actually kicks off; one abandoned or without a confirmed result scores 0 for everyone. Picks lock at kick-off.

6. Winner

The eligible entrant with the most points in the week wins. A winner needs at least 1 point. Ties are broken first by more exact scores, then by the smaller total goal error over all of the week’s scored fixtures; a fixture you did not pick counts as 60 goals. Entrants still tied are co-winners and each receives the prize. Winners are determined by EasyChamp from the week’s final table; its determination is final. This is a contest of skill: no element of the outcome is drawn at random.

7. Prize

The prize, if any, is the one the club shows in its Pick’em tab for that week, together with its approximate retail value, which is at most US$500. There are no cash prizes and no cash alternative. Prizes cannot be transferred and are not exchangeable for cash; the Prize Provider may substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Winners pay any taxes. EasyCoins are never a prize and have no cash value.

8. Notification and claim

Winners are shown in the app on the Monday after the week closes (“Last week’s winner”), and the club contacts them through the app or the email on their account within 7 days. A prize not claimed within 14 days of that message is forfeited and not re-awarded.

9. Privacy

The winner’s display name is shown to the club’s members in the app. EasyChamp shares the winner’s name and contact details with the club and the Prize Provider only to deliver the prize. See our Privacy Policy.

10. General

EasyChamp may disqualify entries made by fraud or tampering, and may cancel or change a week if a technical fault or bad fixture data affects it. Its decisions on scoring and winners are final. These rules are governed by Delaware law, like the EasyChamp Terms of Service, which also apply. Where a rule here conflicts with the Terms, this rule prevails for the contest.

11. Apple and Google

Apple Inc. and Google LLC are not sponsors of, and are not involved in any way with, this contest.
